Mumble

Hej. Har en icke tv-relaterad fråga.. Dreambox använder ju sig av en typ av Linux, jag undrar om det är möjligt att installera Mumble (voice com program, http://mumble.sourceforge.net/ ) på en box, om det går, skulle en liten snabbguide vara snällt.. Jag har försökt med:
cd /tmp
sen wget och tankat ner linux versionen där på sidan, ändrat till attribut 755 på filen och sen bara försökt installera men det funkar inte.. Dum fråga kanske men kan ju alltid passa på o fråga :)

e inte mumble bara gjord för pc ? linux systemet i en dreambox är väl väldigt nerskärd? skulle gissa att det inte går men e inte 100% kan gå

Finns alla nödvändiga libs ? Systemkrav ? Tittade lite snabbt & det är för x86 = Intel alltså inte för MIPS.

The client runs on any Windows, Linux or Mac OS X machine. You also need a microphone. The server is mostly bandwidth bound, so as long as your network hardware is sufficient it should run on pretty much anything.
Please note that the Windows binaries distributed from SourceForge are compiled for SSE (Pentium 3 or Athlon-XP). Mumble is a VoIP solution for gaming, and as most modern games require at least that good a CPU it makes little sense for us not to optimize for it.
