Run-time Error '380': (Invalid Property Value)

Cause: Incompatible Microsoft Windows font settings.


Resolution: Show only Windows TrueType fonts.

To change the font settings to show only TrueType fonts, follow the instructions below for your operating system version.


Windows 95/98:

Click [Start], point to [Settings], and then click [Control Panel].
Double-click [Fonts].
On the [View] menu, click [Folder Options].
In the [Folder Options] window, click the [TrueType] tab.
Select the [Show only TrueType fonts in the programs on my computer] checkbox.
Click [Apply], and then click [OK].
Uninstall and then reinstall the TaxCut program.

Windows 98 (IE 5.0 Upgrades/SE)/Millennium (ME)/2000/NT:

Click [Start], point to [Settings], and then click [Control Panel].
Double-click [Fonts].
On the [Tools menu], click [Folder Options].
In the [Folder Options] window, click the [TrueType Fonts] tab.
Select the [Show only TrueType fonts in the programs on my computer] checkbox.
Click [Apply], and then click [OK].
Uninstall and then reinstall the TaxCut program.
Windows XP:

Click [Start], and then click [Control Panel].
Under [Pick a category], click [Appearance and Themes].
In the left pane of the Control Panel window, under [See Also], click [Fonts].
On the [Tools] menu, click [Folder Options].
In the [Folder Options] window, click the [TrueType Fonts] tab.
Select the [Show only TrueType fonts in the programs on my computer] checkbox.
Click [Apply], and then click [OK].
Uninstall and then reinstall the TaxCut program.
Windows XP (Classic Settings):
Click [Start], and then click [Control Panel].
Double-click the Fonts icon.
On the [Tools] menu, click [Folder Options].
In the [Folder Options] window, click the [TrueType Fonts] tab.
Select the [Show only TrueType fonts in the programs on my computer] checkbox.
Click [Apply], and then click [OK].
Uninstall and then reinstall the TaxCut program.
