"our technician told me that the problem not happned in box, it is maybe cable connection or LNB problem. Also the dish or LNB not assemble well."

"our technician said not on the box. but if happend, maybe it is on the tuner."

eftersom jag inte kan så mycket om dreamboxar så kan någon kanske förklara detta lite närmre för mej? att byta tunern är det något en vanig svensson klarar av?
