Anysee har något typ av SDK för Windows, har dock inte undersökt vad man kan göra med det.

5. anyseeSC class

5-1. Using
a. Open smartcard interface("I/F") device by calling Open().
b. Test whether smartcard was inserted by calling IsPresent().
Activate the smartcard hardware( by calling Activation() ) if smartcard was inserted.
Deactivate the smartcard hardware( by calling DeActivation() ) if smartcard was removed.
c. Process smart card data according to T0, T14 protocol support smartcard.(by calling ReadWriteT0() or SendDataT14())
d. Close smartcard I/F device by calling Close().
