Completely disable Auto-moderation if you don't want it.

Superadministrator är väl högst, sen admin, super moderator, moderator...
Moderatorer ska vanligtvis inte kunna administrera. Men admins kan ge tillåtelse till moderatorer att göra mer i admincp.
