Här är lite mer info om progget. Vet tyvärr inte var man kanhämta hem det och infon är bara på engelska.

What DW-TRANSLATOR is:
OK. First lets begin with explaining what DWs are. DWs (or DCWs) are Decrypted Words
used for decrypting video/audio stream. They are also called CSA-keys. To get DWs you
need to decrypt CWs (Crypted Words/Control Words) which are taken from ECM Stream. CWs
are decrypted by an OPkey which "lives" in a smart card and sometimes is updated by
provider.
CWs are usually updated 360 times per hour, i.e. once per 10 seconds. DWs are transmitted
from a smart card to receiver/CAM openly, so it is possible to intercept them and transfer
to other receivers. DW-TRANSLATOR Server (this application) is an emulator of a CAM
(Conditional Access Module), so it is possible to intercept DWs and forward them to
LAN/INTERNET etc. And at that end of LAN/INTERNET users can receive DWs by DW-TRANSLATOR
Client and watch their favorite TV channels and Radio stations.
"DW-TRANSLATOR 3G" - Why "3G"?
OK. This is a Third Generation DW-TRANSLATOR - "3G".
The first generation: DWs were transmitted using HTTP protocol to a WebSite. It was one-way
communication, so to watch a definite channel you needed to ask Server to set to the channel
you like and at that time Server could not work without being set on the computer with a
SatCard.
The second generation: DWs were transmitted using TCP protocol. From IP to IP.
It was two-ways communication that allows clients to watch any channel they like
from one provider. But this method was not safe for both server and client because
of having to use their real IPs. But from that time it became possible to use Server
on a computer without a SatCard.
The third generation: DWs are transmitted using ICQ. Yes, now it is possible to do
it via ICQ. It is safe and a server and a client are not in danger thanks to ICQ.
And it is two-ways communication that, as I said above, allows to watch different
channels at the same time from one provider using one original smart card.
And now there is no need for Server to have a SatCard on a computer.
In the next version I'll enable one feature....
If the owner of Server wants to share his/her smart card to public.... their need only to check the box "Send my Server's UIN to a public server"
but dont warry..... All the data is sent anonymously and everything is ECNRYPTED with DES_64_key.... AND YOUR UIN IS KNOWN ONLY FOR YOU!!!!! ON PUBLIC SERVER IT IS ECRYPTED AND CAN"T BE RECOGNIZED BY HUMANS AND OTHER APPS EXCEPT CLIENT PART.... AND CLIENT PART CAN GET THAT UIN AND NOT SHOW TO USER... JUST WORK AND THATS OK... SO AGAIN I SAY YOUR UIN IS KNOWN ONLY FOR YOU.....
So.... Client Part of DW-TRANSLATOR will be able to find all neccessary info in the web-server automatically... e.g. Client wants to watch Cartoon Network from 00C410 ID.... Plugin will automaticallty try to find the Server which translates DWs for this ID.....
and if some owner of such a smart card checked the box to send UIN to a public server... then that client will be able to get DWs from his serve...
